Edward Housden

Melbourne-born director Edward Housden is a man with many strings to his bow, combining his film craft with a sly musical talent. Character and story are always at the heart of his work. Constantly teasing great performances out of actors, his cinematic style elevates the ordinary with a dash of devilish humour.

Edward’s film for Stella Artois, Perfectionists: Sandman at The Open Championship, was nominated as part of the Best Web Based Series at the British Arrow Awards 2015, and the series won a Graphite Pencil at the D&AD Professional Awards 2015, for Branded Film Content & Entertainment (online).
